Gracious and dangerous

So, I kind found out myself how I wanted to do things here, even tho it didn't exactly know how to at first. So with this one I'm hoping to please two people (or more ), since asked me to expand my folder with alien requests, fanarts and presents, and I'm at the same time making a fanart for , since the Gracilignathus, which is shown here, is his concept, to be seen here: palaeorigamipete.deviantart.co….

I think it is pretty self-explanitory, since this is a species of alien on a fictional planet with a fictional ecosystem, all made by Petr (Paleaorigamipete). It is an aquatic carnivore (duh ) that hunts other aliens. The drawing is a little simple, tho I didn't feel I needed to add anything. After all, this brings the focus nicely on the animal itself, right?

A careful eye may have noticed that this one is different from my usual drawings, since the sketch was made with pen, rather than felt tip, which also enables me to play more with the light, which I think came out quite good. So, what do you guys think? Improvement? Or would you rather see the felt tip back?

In any case, I'm sitting here with contact lenses, which are acing, so I'm gonna stop writing and get ready for bed. Hope you like it.
